Goal

Creating a container database in 12.1 using DBCA. On Database Options screen in DBCA, I am unable to uncheck any options.

All DB options were checked by default.

or questions like

When using DBCA to create a new database ( container database or PDB or pluggable database or multitenant database ), is it possible not to install Java, APEX, and Multimedia or other options or components?

Is there a way to un-check these database components ?
