Symptoms
1) This is a three ASM RAC node configuration (11.2 release).
2) <DGNAME> diskgroup is mounted on 2/3 RAC nodes.
3) But, an “Alter Diskgroup Mount” operation failed on the last node (where it is dismounted) due to the next errors:
