ORA-44303 and ORA-44775 Encountered While Creating a PDB (Doc ID 1611804.1)

Symptoms

To convert a non CDB to CDB, you upgrade the 11g database to 12c. Then you generate a Database Manifest file by executing dbms_pdb.describe. Then, while creating the PDB you encounter the errors ORA-44303 and ORA-44775
