ORA-15074 due to PST max out (Doc ID 1617583.1)

Symptoms

There were some disk failure took place from one of the failgroup of this normal redundancy diskgroup.

Afterwards when disks were tried to add into diskgroup ,it was failing with ORA-15041 as two disks have around 0 Mb free .

but ,later when tried to add back after clearing some space ,it started failing with ORA-15074
