Huge MMON Trace File Generated

Symptoms
Huge MMON trace is generated along with ORA-1565.
The trace file contains entries like:
"System Info for error 1565 while doing parameter updates."
This trace file contains multiple Systemstate dumps and hence its huge.
The call stack contains kmgs_perform_parameter_updates.
Please note this document is not for troubleshooting ORA-1565 error.
