After running datapatch, PDB plugin or cloned db returns violations shown in PDB_PLUG_IN_VIOLATION

show pdbs will show the PDB mounted RESTRICTED

SQL> show pdbs

    CON_ID CON_NAME                       OPEN MODE  RESTRICTED
---------- ------------------------------ ---------- ----------
         2 PDB$SEED                       READ ONLY  NO
         5 BOD1211P1                      READ WRITE YES

PDB_PLUG_IN_VIOLATIONS returns the following error:

SQL> select time,name,cause,status,message from PDB_PLUG_IN_VIOLATIONS order by name;

------------------------------ ---------- ---------------------- --------- ---------------------------------------------
25-MAR-14 PM   BOD1211P1  SQL Patch              PENDING   SQL patch 18031528 mismatch: Installed in the

 A database was plugged into or cloned to an installation that does not contain the same patches as the Source installation
