How to Specify Tablespace for Partition/Subpartition of Local Index At Table Partition/Subpartition Split (Doc ID 1645206.1)

Goal

At  split of table partition/subpartition 2 new segments are created to accommodate each of the resulting 2 new partitions/subpartitions.
The corresponding index partition/subpartition of any local index is being split as well.

The question is which tablespace the resulting index partition/subpartitions of the local index will be created, and how to specify tablespace for these index partitions/subpartitions.
