Symptoms
In Oracle Server 11.2.0.3, executing the procedure DBMS_NETWORK_ACL_ADMIN.ASSIGN_ACL to assign the host 'www.ecb.europa.eu/stats/eurofxref'
to an existing ACL fails with error
ORA-24244: invalid host or port for access control list (ACL) assignment
It works fine in Oracle Server 11.1.0.7
