Deinstall utility failed to remove oracle home with message shown “Exited from program” (Doc ID 1671877.1)

Symptoms

When invoked 11.2.0.4 version of Deinstall Utility as shown below it failes to remove oracle home with below shown message .

No logs were generated.

 

./deinstall -home <ORACLE_HOME_Location>

 

Location of logs /oracle/oraInventory/logs/
