OLAP CUBE Build Fails with XOQ-2254 (Doc ID 1676211.1)

Symptoms

After upgrade to 11.2.0.4, the OLAP CUBE build fails with below error:

The transaction is not committable.  INVALID METADATA OBJECTS.
INVALID Object XOQ-2254:
Dimensions cannot be mapped on the leaf level to the same dimension source table when materialized views are enabled on the cube.
