LOB Data Loaded into Table Gets Truncated When Queried Using SQL*Plus (Doc ID 177247.1)

Symptoms

 Loading LOB data (or any large data column) into a table appears truncated when viewing the data in SQL*Plus.
There are no errors loading the data into the table. The assumption here is that SQL*Loader was used, and the logs did not reveal any problems.
