Symptoms
If an atomic cube or dimension build (i.e.: using dbms_cube.build or AWM) fails for any reason, then the AW may be left in a corrupt state.
The symptom is that you will get an ORA-O1403 during future builds or operations.
Here is an example of the kind of error reported in the OUTPUT column of CUBE_BUILD_LOG.
The AW must be deleted and recreated following this error.
