ASM Remote File Copy Fails with Error ASMCMD-8201 (Doc ID 1913948.1)

Symptoms

You are attempting to copy a file from one ASM instance to another. Your ASM instances do NOT run on the default port 1521, you are using 1560.
Your oracle version is 11.2.0.4
You tried solution from Doc ID 785580.1 but it didn't work.

You logged into ASMCMD and attempting the command as follows:

The command is failing with:
ASMCMD-8201: (Bad argc for RDMS:ASMCMD-8201)
