Symptoms

 Getting the following error messages on text search :

ORA-29902: error in executing ODCIIndexStart() routine
ORA-20000: Oracle Text error:
DRG-11702: thesaurus DEFAULT does not exist
ORA-06512: at "FIBTES.API_TMP_CTX_RESULT_TRANS", line 54
ORA-06512: at "FIBTES.TQE413", line 495
ORA-06512: at "FIBTES.TQE413", line 296
ORA-06512: at line 1

Data was recently imported to this new instance from another instance through export/import.
