 A BDA mammoth upgrade fails with:

Error [13410]: (//bdanode01.example.com//Stage[main]/Miscsetup::Create_users/File[/home/hive]/ensure)
change from absent to directory failed: Could not set 'directory on ensure:
Permission denied - /home/hive at /opt/oracle/BDAMammoth/puppet/modules/miscsetup/manifests/create_users.pp:138
