Goal

Running Grid Infrastructure root script (root.sh or rootupgrade.sh) and noticed error PROC-32 error in the trace file (<GI_HOME>/cfgtoollogs/crsconfig/rootcrs_<node>_<timestamp>.log), is this a problem?

For example, in the trace file:

2014-08-14 12:17:30: Invoking "<GRID_HOME>/bin/cluutil -exec -ocrsetval -key SYSTEM.rootcrs.checkpoints.firstnode -value FAIL"
2014-08-14 12:17:30: trace file=<ORACLE_BASE>/crsdata/<nodename1>/crsconfig/cluutil3.log
2014-08-14 12:17:30: Executing cmd: <GRID_HOME>/bin/cluutil -exec -ocrsetval -key SYSTEM.rootcrs.checkpoints.firstnode -value FAIL
2014-08-14 12:17:30: Command output:

Error message is : oracle.ops.mgmt.rawdevice.OCRException: PROC-32: Cluster Ready Services on the local node is not running Messaging error [gipcretConnectionRefused] [29]. Error code is 1
