ORA-01017: Invalid Username/password; Logon Denied when using 'OPS$' user with a password

With parameter os_authent_prefix = 'OPS$' and a user created as "OPS$USERNAME" identifed by password, you can no longer logon locally.
Upgrade to version 126.96.36.199 or higher. This includes the changes made as part of : Bug 16072125 : DEFAULT VALUE OF OS_AUTHENT_PREFIX PARAMETER IS SET TO OPS$
