Symptoms
During a "Full Transportable" Datapump Export, the following error is encountered:
Full Transportable is a new mode added to Oracle 11g Release 2 to facilitate migration of databases into a Oracle 12c Pluggable Database (PDB).
This mode is active when the following parameters are given to the Datapump Export (expdp), either directly on the command line or via a parameter file:
FULL=Y
TRANSPORTABLE=ALWAYS
