Hash Subpartitions Not Stored in Different Tablespaces Using Interval Partitioning

If creating a table using composite partitioning of type RANGE-HASH and using interval partitioning,
then when the new partition is added the subpartitions are created using only one Tablespace,
instead of all defined during the table creation.
