Unable to Set Heap More than 2GB in clexecutor.sh File in SES 11.2.2.2 (Doc ID 1938809.1)

Symptoms

When setting more than 2GB of heap in MW_HOME/Oracle_SES1/bin/clexecutor.sh file the crawler doesn't start. For example - 

CRAWLER_EXEC_PARAMS="-ms70m -mx4096m -Djava.library.path ... 

The crawler does not start and there is no crawler log file. The PeopleSoft process continuous to show "processing", but on SES side there is no action running.
