On Oracle Big Data Appliance Non-BDA Node Added to the CDH Cluster Reports Unhealthy Status (Doc ID 1943989.1)

Adding non BDA Host to Oracle Big Data Appliance CDH Cluster.  Non BDA node is added fine but reports unhealthy status in Cloudera Manager(CM) with below error

This host is in contact with Cloudera Manager. The host's Cloudera Manager agent's software version can not be determined.

On non BDA Host, CM Agent log(cloudera-scm-agent.log) in /var/log/cloudera-scm-agent reports below error
