On Oracle Big Data Appliance Non-BDA Node Added to the CDH Cluster Reports Unhealthy Status (Doc ID 1943989.1)

Symptoms

Adding non BDA Host to Oracle Big Data Appliance CDH Cluster.  Non BDA node is added fine but reports unhealthy status in Cloudera Manager(CM) with below error

On non BDA Host, CM Agent log(cloudera-scm-agent.log) in /var/log/cloudera-scm-agent reports below error

  26676 MonitorDaemon-Reporter throttling_logger ERROR    (10 skipped) Error sending messages to firehose: mgmt_HMON_<BDANode03>
