Symptoms
1) ADVM “Volumes” and ACFS “ASM Cluster File systems” tabs are unavailable through ASMCA (they are greyed out):
2) ASMCA logs show:
6) But ASMCA is not working to setup ADVM volumes and ACFS filesystems, since the options (tabs) to setup ADVM volumes and ACFS filesystem are greyed out (unavailable).
