1) Lots of hs_core* files are being generated in the $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/log directory on UNIX or the %ORACLE_HOME%\rdbms\trace directory on Windows.
2) The database version is 12.1.0.x or 126.96.36.199.
The database has either been upgraded to 12.1.0.x or 188.8.131.52, or it is a new installation of 12.1.0.x or 184.108.40.206.
