This note lists the recommended patches for Oracle's protected databases using our Zero Data Loss Recovery Appliance (ZDLRA) for backup or restore operations. It's an addendum to Table 2-4 Supported Oracle Database Releases in the Zero Data Loss Recovery Appliance Administrator's Guide Release 12.1. Table 2-4 highlights the minimum supported Oracle database release for each key ZDLRA feature.

This note highlights any additional bug fixes above and beyond the minimum supported database release. These fixes are recommended for customers using Zero Data Loss Recovery Appliance and the respective feature. Bug fixes may be available for specific releases and these are listed in the "Fixed In" column. If your specific release is not listed in the "Fixed In" column, then please contact Oracle Support to request a patch for your specific environment.

Data Guard Broker Patches

Data Guard Broker in RDBMS Release 12.1.0.2 has full support for ZDLRA, but RDBMS Release 11.2.0.4 also supports Data Guard Broker via the ExternalDestination[1|2] properties.
