Symptoms
You are performing backup with a 3rd party Media Manager, which fails with
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [lnm_logger_set_level()+172] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x8] [PC:0xFFFFFFFF790A7980] [Address not mapped to object] []
The process state section in the incident trace file written by the error shows:
