Symptoms
Invalid template file "/data/oracle/product/12c/assistants/dbca/templates/<template_name>.dbt".
The template data is not in the expected format.
Changes
The same template works fine without error under 11gR2 and 12.1.0.1. On 12.1.0.2, DBCA reports the above error.
