LGWR Spinning and Waiting for "log file parallel write" When Redologs are on ASM (Doc ID 1998116.1)

Symptoms

1] LGWR spinning and waiting for "log file parallel write" when redologs are on ASM. Same test having redologs on filesystem does not reproduce such behavior.

2] LGWR uses over 90% CPU on active wait while there is no real wait on ASM side.

3] LGWR trace file shows high elapsed time
