TNS-01189 During Listener Monitoring Using Enterprise Manager (Doc ID 2009044.1)

Symptoms

1) Customer is also using IPV6 

The following error is returned when monitoring the listener:  TNS-01189: The listener could not authenticate the user

2) Below error in the listener.log
