ORA-7445 [kxcbexi] Raised by Merge Statement (Doc ID 2023152.1)

Merge statement fails with next error in the alert log: 

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kxcbexi()+55] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0xC1] [PC:0x2117E7B] [Address not mapped to object] []

The concerned table has a unique constraint specified as “DEFERRABLE INITIALLY DEFERRED”.

The call stack from the trace file includes functions like:

The issue reproduces on,,,

Disabling the unique constraint will let the merge SQL complete without error.

The error also reproduces after applying patch 13990707 for a similar issue, but related to IOTs.
Objects for the current issue do not concern an IOT.
