Silent installation of ODTwithODAC 12.1.0.2.1 fails with below error but it works for older version ODTwithODAC 12.1.0.1.2

Please wait ... [FATAL] [INS-50018] Oracle Developer Tools for Visual Studio .NET Error.
Please choose at least one version of Visual Studio.
