Performing a full Datapump import fails with ORA-31685 and ORA-39112 errors when importing a view as a privileged user, such as user SYSTEM, e.g.:

Processing object type DATABASE_EXPORT/SCHEMA/VIEW/VIEW
ORA-31685: Object type  failed due to insufficient privileges. Failing sql is:
Processing object type DATABASE_EXPORT/SCHEMA/VIEW?GRANTOWNER_GRANT/OBJECT_GRANT
ORA-39112: Dependent object type OBJECT_GRANT:"<Schema Name>" skipped, base object type VIEW:"<Schema Name>"."<View Name>" could not be created
