Symptoms
1) On ACFS Cluster configuration, the ADVM volumes & ACFS filesystems are not automatically starting when the nodes are rebooted.
2) Clusterware logs report the following error:
3) But if CRS is manually started (“crsctl start crs”), then all the ACFS filesystems/services mount with no issues.
4) The problem is only present during the system boot.
