OracleSearchParallelIndexOptimizer Fails with ORA-01692 Error (Doc ID 2040743.1)

Symptoms

On SES 11.2.2.2 SES in HA setup following the note.1611280.1, intermittently the below error occurs when the the index optimization runs to optimize the search index.

When the issue occurs, index optimization is run manually through the search admin GUI and it completes without any issue.
