Workaround to Resolve HDFS-8337 Bug (Doc ID 2041763.1)

Goal

On Oracle Big Data Appliance trying to access httpfs via webhdfs, fails with

WARN ssl.FileBasedKeyStoresFactory: The property 'ssl.client.truststore.location' has not been set, no TrustStore will be loaded
Exception in thread "main" org.apache.hadoop.ipc.RemoteException(com.sun.jersey.api.ParamException$QueryParamException): java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: No enum constant org.apache.hadoop.fs.http.client.HttpFSFileSystem.Operation.GETDELEGATIONTOKEN

The issue has been identified as bug https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDFS-8337
