Expdp Failed For Few Tables With ORA-31693 ORA-29913 ORA-06550 PLS-00201 Errors During Full Database Export (Doc ID 2049960.1)

Symptoms

1.    Following errors reported at the time of full database export:

        ORA-31693: Table data object "<SCHEMA_NAME>"."<TABLE_NAME>" failed to load/unload and is being skipped due to error:
        ORA-29913: error in executing ODCIEXTTABLEOPEN callout
        ORA-06550: line ORA-06550: line 1, column 123:
        PLS-00201: identifier 'SYS.KUPV$FT' must be declared
        ORA-06550: line 1, column 116:
        PL/SQL: Statement ignored
        ORA-06550: line 1, column 198:
        PLS-00201: identifier 'SYS.KUPC$QUEUE_INT' must be declared
        ORA-06550: line 1, column 191:
        PL/SQL: Statement ignored

2.    This issue was visible only during full database export

3.    All registry components and objects are valid.

4.    Also in full database export with CONTENT=METADATA_ONLY is working fine.

5.    Trace files generated with TRACE=480300, contains only routine procedure calls during which the master process trace contains below lines:

        KUPM:21:25:23.350: In workererror
        KUPM:21:25:23.350: Error message received from worker 2 error count = 1 last_message = 0
        KUPM:21:25:23.351: ORA-31693: Table data object "<SCHEMA_NAME>"."<TABLE_NAME>" failed to load/unload and is being skipped due to error:
        
       At the same time there were no exceptions (ORA-) found in any of the worker process.

6.    Datapump catalog verification showed (Doc ID 1641557.1):
