Slowness Of Bringing Up The Optimization Info In The SES Console; Not Showing after several minutes (Doc ID 2063482.1)

On : 11.2.2.2.0 version, Generic

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In the SES console the page to perform index optimization page is not showing yet after several minutes of being requested.
This is because before rendering the page the application calculates the Fragmentation Ratio, by default the means analyzing all tokens indexed.
 

STEPS to reproduce
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. login to SES console
2. select Global Settings from tab menu
3. click on Index Optimization
-->   after this the next page is not shown in reasonable time, and the SES console looks like hanging no response at all for several minutes.
