Symptoms

XDB component is invalid due to invalid package body XDB.DBMS_XMLSTORAGE_MANAGE:

errors below can exists

ORA-21700: object does not exist or is marked for delete

PLS-00753: malformed or corrupted wrapped unit” when trying to recompile these invalid packages:

DBMS_XMLSTORAGE_MANAGE INVALID
DBMS_RESCONFIG INVALID
XIMETADATA_PKG INVALID
XDB_PV_TRIG INVALID
PATH_VIEW INVALID
XDB_RV_TRIG INVALID
DBMS_CSX_ADMIN INVALID
DBMS_XDBUTIL_INT INVALID
