Symptoms
After a Mammoth BDA V4.2 install on a cluster with 40+ nodes, Cloudera Manager reports the following warnings:
Cluster <CLUSTERNAME> is running on at least 40 nodes, but all hosts are configured with the same rack. Configuring rack locality (via the hosts tab) is recommended for best performance.
hdfs: Java Heap size of namenode in Bytes Java Heap Size of namenode in Bytes is recommended to be at least 1GB for every million HDFS blocks. Suggested minimum value: <X>

Where "X" equals some value in bytes (i.e. 16620978176).
