Unable to Setup Big Data SQL on Exadata after Applying Cloudera Parcel 5.4.4-1 (Doc ID 2078478.1)

Symptoms

After applying Cloudera parcel 5.4.4-1 on BDA V4.2 using Oracle note (Doc ID 2046235.1), setting up BDS on Exadata failed with the following error:

In this case on BDA V4.2 with CDH 5.4.4 the old hadoop tarball, /opt/oracle/BDAMammoth/source/CDH-P/5.4.0-ol5/hadoop-2.6.0-cdh5.4.0.tar.gz is found.  But the new hadoop tarball, hadoop-2.6.0-cdh5.4.4.tar.gz, does not exist anywhere.
