Symptoms
The alert log reports an error like:
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [ktstdt()+864] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x2B523163A040] [PC:0xFE8BD4] [Invalid permissions for mapped object] []
Note that above error may be followed by another ORA-7445, e.g.:
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [ktstrcu()+2757] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x2B523163A040] [PC:0x5A28111] [Address not mapped to object] []
The trace file contains no current SQL:
