Crawler Hangs in Indexation Phase (Doc ID 2081195.1)

Symptoms

UCM 11.1.1.7 source
SES 11.2.2.2 BP5




Customer attempted to crawl a UCM source with 216K docs, and the following behavior was observed:


1. Using SES console and monitoring the Crawler Progress Summary for more than 90 minutes it was noticed the counters below did not change:
Documents Discovered 216036
Documents Processed 216036
Documents Queued for Index 215774
Documents Indexed 148699

2. The numbers on the Crawler Progress page also did not change:

Oct 7, 2015 11:00:00 PM 6693
Oct 7, 2015 10:00:00 PM 11859
Oct 7, 2015 9:00:00 PM 5740


So for several hours it looks there is no progress on crawler task.
