Last updated on DECEMBER 07, 2016
Applies to:Oracle Database - Enterprise Edition - Version 220.127.116.11 to 18.104.22.168 [Release 12.1]
Information in this document applies to any platform.
- After upgrading to Rel. 22.214.171.124 from Rel. 126.96.36.199, a full table scan takes much longer, due to a higher number of disk reads.
The number of buffer gets (query column) has not changed, but the disk reads (disk column) have increased by approximately fifty percent. The execution plan is the same in each release.
Upgraded database from Rel. 188.8.131.52 to Rel. 184.108.40.206.
