Crawler Progress Summary Statistics Inconsistent with those on Problematic URLs Page

Symptoms
After crawler finishes SES console showed in the "Crawler Progress Summary" page, statistics that were inconsistent with those on Problematic URLs page
Documents Deleted 3
Document Processing Failures 0
Documents Excluded 6
Document Conversion Failures 158
The Problematic URLs page lists only
large document ignored 6
But there aren't any document conversion errors reported in the logfile.
Why Document Conversion Failures 158 while the Problematic URLs page lists none ?
Why Documents Deleted 3 as the source is brand new? There were no documents previously indexed so it is not expect any deletions
