While re-locking the Grid Infrastructure home upon applying a patch / patch bundle to a 12.1.0.2.X Grid Infrastructure home on Windows 2008 R2 and thus running 'rootcrs.pl -postpatch' or 'rootcrs.pl -postpatch -nonrolling', the following error is encountered:
