Invalid V$DIAG% Views after Upgrade or Database Creation (Doc ID 2101631.1)

Symptoms

Database was upgraded from Oracle10g to Oracle11g. After the upgrade was performed, all V$DIAG% and V_$DIAG% are in INVALID status.




Changes

The value for the below underscore/hidden init.ora parameter was changed to FALSE:

"_diag_adr_enabled"=FALSE
