On Oracle Big Data Appliance Upgrading to 4.4 Release, Reboot Fails After Step2 ( Kernel Upgrade)

On Oracle Big Data Appliance(BDA) upgrading to 4.4 Release, reboot fails after Step2 ( Kernel Upgrade).
During upgrade after step2, reboot is performed by mammoth
WARNING: The OS kernel was updated on some nodes - so those nodes need to be rebooted

But none of the BDA nodes will boot .
In ILOM Remote Console coming across below error for ALL the nodes in the Cluster
