To explain how to install Oracle Grid Infrastructure on Windows under a local user account other than the Windows built-in account named: 'Administrator'
Note: One presentation of this issue occurs during Grid Infrastructure configuration (either through OUI or config.bat) - specifically if the following error is seen during the node specification screen: INS-40937 The following hostnames are invalid
