Symptoms
After enabling auditing on tables with CLOB columns, an error ORA-07445 [lxsCntChar()+504] is raised during INSERT operation, which uses a CLOB bind variable:
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [lxsCntChar()+504] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0xFFFF80FFBDE3F000] [PC:0x7A3711C] [Address not mapped to object] []
The call stack from the trace file shows functions like:
... lxsCntChar kzaSqlBindLob audins audses audfro auddft_internal opiexe ...
The incident trace file also shows:
