Symptoms
The database was successfully upgraded to 12.1.0.2 (non-container database (CDB)). Now, when trying to convert the database to a pluggable database (PDB) using the noncdb_to_pdb.sql script, it fails with the following errors in the alert log:
Note: This problem occurs when trying to re-run the noncdb_to_pdb.sql script.
