RDBPROD: ACCVIOs (Access Violations) and SQL Bugchecks when RDM$BIND_KODA_DEBUG "R" is defined (Doc ID 2127303.1)

When using the logical RDM$BIND_KODA_DEBUG set to "R" to debug problems with Row Cache, ACCVIOs and SQL bugchecks may occur. The SQL bugchecks are all similar with the following stack:
